Joe, I just wanted you to know that my Banker came out to the property to look around. After I told him what the money was being used for he just could not believe it. He had to come to Seabrook to look for himself. He had no idea that real estate deals like this were still out there. I gave him one of your cards, he said that he would like to get to know you.
