The City Of La Porte continues its FREE 2010 Plaza by the Bay Summer Concert Series at the new Five Points Town Plaza on Friday, August 20th from 6 -9 pm. This week's band is Singer/songwriter George Ducas fuses his passion, creativity, discipline and energy into an intoxicating brand of country music that is uniquely his own. His songs have been recorded by Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Gary Allan, George Jones, Dixie Chicks, Randy Rogers Band, Radney Foster, the Eli Young Band and Sara Evans, who scored a No. 1 hit with Ducas’ “A Real Fine Place to Start.”
