Samantha graduated from Colorado Technical University where she received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Business Management and Human Resources.

Samantha's business experience is centered in the field of accounting and finance. She spent three years as staff accountant for a local bank and lending institution before accepting a position as an Audit Defense Consultant for a sales tax accounting firm. She quickly made herself an asset to the company through her hard work, client acquisition, and dedication to her portfolios. After five years at the firm, she took an opportunity with an oilfield services company to be the financial Controller. The experience Samantha has in the industry of finance coupled with the education and development of interpersonal skills has led to the perfect combination to be successful in fulfilling her client's needs throughout a real estate transaction. Her goal is complete satisfaction and to exceed her client's expectations, making the entire process a positive, exciting, and fun experience.

Samantha's down time is spent with the love of her life, her husband, Derrick, and with their 5 children. They enjoy boating and various water sports, and have a fierce love of sportscars and horsepower. Their dream is to one day fully restore a classic hotrod together. Family is her #1 priority, and she is extremely grateful to have their unending support in her business and their unconditional love.

Hello and please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Latisha Bradshaw A Native to Liberty County, I was raised and grew up in Tarkington and Dayton. I am a Class of 1992 Alumni from Tarkington High School. I currently reside with my family in Dayton. Being a Realtor allows me to work from my home office and still be a full time Mom. I completed my Real Estate Education in 2018 and I am licensed to practice through the Texas Real Estate Commission. I have always had a passion for real estate, design and decorating. Mary Ellen Conner was born and raised in Dayton. She is excited about the changes and growth that are coming to this area. She has not always been in real estate, as she holds a Master's Degree in Educational Management. She taught school and then served as the Executive Director of Personnel Services at Dayton ISD where she developed extensive customer service skills. She spent over 25 years as a Texas State Certified General Appraiser and held a real estate sales license in the 1980's.

Her previous work experience, coupled with her enthusiasm and innate desire to help people, pushes her to great lengths to answer questions and provide needed information to clientele to help them make the right real estate decisions. As an appraiser, Mary Ellen developed a strong understanding of the diverse housing market in the Dayton area.

Mary Ellen is involved in her community. She is Secretary of the Dayton Historical Society, Vice President of Lakata Club, Treasurer of the Police & Fire Museum, and serves on various other committees in Dayton. In her free time she enjoys her grandchildren and relaxing at the beach.
